Knots Terms
This page describes how Knots, Musubi's referral reward, work. It is a draft pending legal and RBI review, and is not final.
What Knots are
Knots have no cash value on their own. They only become worth anything when you choose to convert them to wallet rupees, at the rate in effect at the time of conversion. Musubi may change the conversion rate with notice.
Expiry
Unlocked Knots expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no login and no clip submission). You'll get a notice in the app and an email at 11 months.
Fraud and voiding
Musubi may void a referral and reverse any Knots already granted if fraud is discovered, including after those Knots have been converted. A reversal can take your balance negative, which blocks further conversion until it's cleared.
Not transferable
Knots belong to your account only. They cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another Musubi account.
